the appropriate authority must give the Director General written notice of the determination of the appeal with a summary of the reasons. (2)The appropriate authority or, as the case may be, the originating authority, must, as soon as practicable after receiving the report under paragraph (1), notify the officer concerned of the outcome by sending the officer a copy of, (a)the report submitted under paragraph (1), and.
